Navyug has been started in the backdrop of the existing problems in rural India. The Indian hinterlands suffer from a huge poverty burden. The core team at navyug has a good exposure to the socio-economic reality of rural India through their stint at NIRDPR and their experience in various SRLMs and other developmental organizations there after. All these factors culminated the beginning of navyug

Through Navug we strive to build and rebuild the livelihoods of the rural poor making multiple interventions and by working through their collectives.
Vision
Navyug aims to transform the lives and livelihoods of the rural Indians through sustained intervention and support.
